At Blue Key Buyers Agents, we undertake extensive research using our comprehensive data analysis, along with on the ground truth to uncover Australia’s best performing investment markets. Once we have located the areas with powerful growth driving factors we can then complete our due diligence and pinpoint the right investment grade property within your budget.
Approximately 25% of the properties that we purchase are Off Market and Pre Market, we have extensive Real Estate Networks to give you access to more properties than those simply advertised on the internet.
For our investor clients, while taking your investment strategy into consideration and your current portfolio, specific attention is given to capital growth potential, rental returns and possible taxation benefits. Along with discussions on ways in which we can successfully grow your portfolio in the future.

Our real estate networks will be contacted straight away for any pre-market listings that are yet to be advertised on-line.
Blue Key Buyers Agents is not influenced by the price guide being applied by sales agents or bank evaluations. Instead, we conduct our own comparative analysis of recently sold properties in the area. By implementing this strategy Travis has a better understanding of the properties true value, therefore increasing the chance of a successful negotiation.

The settlement period can be quite stressful, even for the experienced. Travis and his team will help guide you through the entire process. We will arrange building & pest inspections, and other appropriate services you may require.
Travis and his team will help appoint and liaise with a conveyancer/solicitor on your behalf to ensure your interests are properly protected and a timely settlement is achieved. If you already have a conveyancer, just let us know who it is, and we will be more than happy to use them. If not, we work with several reliable conveyancers, and we will select one of them for you.
Although we understand that once Contracts are signed, the purchase becomes that of a legal nature, my team and I will oversee all aspects where possible, to ensure the purchase progresses smoothly through to settlement
At settlement, we will conduct an on-site pre-settlement inspection of the home. We will coordinate with your legal team to ensure the exchange process is seamless. We can arrange key collection, connection of services, interstate removalists, airport pickups, cleaners and any maintenance contractors or other trades that are necessary to help ease the burden of your move. Our aim is to ensure settlement is as seamless and stress free as possible.
On the first anniversary of your purchase, we will conduct a complimentary Market Appraisal of the property to keep you up to date on how your property is tracking.
